You will help decide how AISA reaches people, and then make it happen. This is hands-on work across every channel we run, supported by an AI-powered content and publishing stack.

What you’ll do

• Run and grow our social channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Source creators and manage UGC and partnership deals.

• Help plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google and Meta.

• Test new marketing channels and help negotiate terms with partners.

• Track results and report what is working each week.

How we work with creators

Our creator partnerships are with Deaf, hard of hearing and CODA creators and ASL educators, and anything touching Deaf culture is reviewed before it publishes. You will learn the community guidelines we follow from day one. Deal terms and spend are approved by the founding team.

Must have

• A real feel for how short-form social content works and why some of it travels.

• Clear, confident writing; organised, and follows through without reminders.

• Comfortable reaching out to people you do not know yet.

Nice to have

• Experience running a social account, club page or brand channel; creator or UGC outreach experience.

• Google Ads or Meta Ads; comfort with analytics and reporting; knowledge of ASL, or a connection to the Deaf community, which is a genuine plus.

Internship details

Unpaid internship · Part-time · 10 to 15 hours per week, flexible around your classes.

Fall 2026 semester, through mid-December. Remote, with optional in-person work in Cleveland, OH. We are happy to support academic credit wherever your program allows.
